All items ship free unless otherwise specified. It typically takes between 1-7 business days for you to receive your order anywhere in the continental United States once your order has been shipped. Currently, we do not offer international shipping on any of our products.
**If your order was made with Free Shipping we can ship with any shipping method including the USPS. Please make sure that you have verified your delivery address as a valid address to ensure that no charges are applied by a shipping carrier for delivery address correction.

From time to time, you may need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.
Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer are responsible for returning the product in saleable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of you receiving the products. All returns must be received by Bully Sticks for Dogs within two weeks of notification of a return.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Bully Sticks for Dogs via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.
At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.
If you received free shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when making a return.
